Our founder, Sara Elwood, started TMS in 2001 when she discovered what a need there was for a new approach to translating languages. No matter what size translation company she approached with her projects, the translations were always plagued with errors, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Despite their claims to be reputable, the problems were surprisingly consistent. What Sara was looking for was a company whose quality standards and service matched the cost. Hence, the creation of Translation Management Services. Since inception Sara and her team have grown TMS based on these standards while receiving ongoing commendation from a host of regular clients.
